Dear Mother of Perpetual Help, you know how much I suffer because of my sickness. Both body and soul are affected. I do not even have the strength to pray as I should.

Nothing is able to give me any relief, even the visit and the compassion of my friends are unable to bring me comfort. My courage is beginning to fail, impatience and sadness are having their affect on my feelings of distress.

I put all my trust in you. Your compassionate heart will surely have pity on me, Merciful Mother, do not forget your Son, Jesus, if it be the will of God, to grant me the healing I need.

Loving Mother, I am confident you will obtain the grace to do whatever God asks of me.

O Almighty and Everlasting God, the eternal salvation of those who believe, hear our prayers for Your sick servants for whom we implore Your Mercy, that with restored health they may render You thanks in Your Church.

God, at whose will the moments of our life run on.

Receive the prayers and sacrifice of your servants, for whom we beseech Your Mercy in their sickness, that, as we have feared for their peril, we may rejoice for their safety.

O God, the sole defense of human infirmity, show faith Your Power upon your sick servants, that being assisted by the help of Your Mercy, they may be found worthy to be brought back in health to Your Holy Church. Through Christ our Lord.

Jesus Christ my God, I adore You and thank You for all the grace You gave me this day.

I offer You my sleep and all the moments of this night, and I beseech You to keep me without sin.

Wherefore I put myself within Your Sacred Side and under the mantle of Our Lady, my Mother. Let Your Holy Angels stand about me and keep us in peace; and let your blessing be upon us.

I offer You the actions of this day. Grant that all of them may be according to Your Holy Will and for Your Greater Glory. Save me from sin, and from all evil.

It is a good thing to give thanks unto The Lord and to sing Praises unto Thy Name O Most High.

To show forth Thy loving kindness in the morning, and Thy Faithfulness every night.

But Thou, Lord, art most highest ever more.

Dear Saviour, help me every day to love more dearly as I pray.

I would walk daily by Thy side and trust in Thee what ever betide.

Help me to live so near to Thee Thy Likeness may be seen in me.

Make me so gentle, kind, and true that I will do as Thou would’st do to win some Precious Soul for thee.

My errand here on Earth would be: and every day till Thou shalt come, to do some good, to help some one.

I have told all my sins to the best of my ability. I have sincerely tried to make a good confession and I know that you have forgiven me. Thank you Dear Jesus.

Your Divine Heart is full of love and mercy for poor sinners.

I love you Dear Jesus: You are so good to me.

My Loving Savior, I shall try to keep from sin and to love You more each day.

Dearest Mother Mary, pray for me and help me to keep all of my promises. Protect me and do not let me fall back into sin.

Dear God, help me to lead a good life. Without Your Grace I can do nothing.
