Thou, O Lord, art merciful and gracious, forgiving iniquity and sin. Thou dost teach me to pray, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those that trespass against us!
By the bloody merit of Jesus, Who is the propitation for my iniquity, I beseech Thee, look not upon my sin, nor on their account deny my prayer. I confess that I am worthy of none of the thing for which I pray, neither have I deserved them. Nevertheless, grant them all to me by grace. For I daily sin much and indeed deserve nothing but punishment. Let Thy Holy Spirit dwell in me richly that I keep my Solemn promise heartily to forgive and readily to do good to those who sin against me.
Amen

It is all a prayer, that laundry. Not a chore – a task – an automated get-it-out-of-the-way thing, but an opportunity to appreciate each member of the family.
Doing the laundry, I have discovered, is a way to think of about the gift of each person in my family. The sheets blowing on the line bring to mind the many things – moments of together and intimacy shared in our mariage.
As I iron the shirts and pants of my husband, I remember his wonderful calming presence in my life. I smooth and fold the jeans of his, thinking how this brings new creative ways of thinking in my world.
For life comes to mind as my iron traces the fabric of colorful prints. Laundry is a way for me to give thanks for the gifts of my family.
Blessed be the God and Father of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen

Jesus said unto me, I am The Resurrection, and The Life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die believeth though this?

Thanks and Praise be unto Thee, Heavenly Father, that Thou hast given unto me The Bible, wherein it is revealed Thy Holy Will and Thy Grace to us in Christ, and that though has caused me to be instructed in the Holy Scriptures.
Cleanse my heart of all indifference to Thy Word. Fill it with love and fear for Thee, so that I may never despise preaching and Thy Word, but hold it sacred, glady hear and learn It. For the sake of Jesus.
Blessed are they that hear The Word of God and keep it.
Amen

Do you say, “I don’t feel it.”?
Feeling is not the evidence or proof for you to trust. Your feeling may change like wind.
But God’s Word never, never changes.
He says:
Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Matthew 24:35

For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently; but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also Suffered for us, leaving us as example, that ye shall follow his steps.
Peter II 1:20-21
